Spa Reservations
To ensure your desired time and service, we recommend you schedule your appointment in advance. If you prefer a female or male therapist, please make your request when scheduling your treatment.

Health Considerations 
Please notify the spa concierge when you make your reservation if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies or any other health conditions we should be aware of.

 Shaving is not recommended before any services involving exfoliation. Sun exposure should be limited prior to service and extra sun protection is recommended after. It is recommended that contact lenses be removed for facial treatments.

If you must cancel or reschedule your spa appointment, please notify us 3 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Cancellations of packages or groups of 4 or more require a 24 hour notice.

Upon Arriving
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. To optimize your spa experience, arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy a quick eucalyptus infused steam and shower to prepare your body and mind before your spa services begin. We will provide you with a robe, spa sandals and a private locker for your personal belongings. We recommend that you leave any jewelry or valuables at home or in a safety deposit box (available at front desk).

During Your Visit
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone while in the spa, and keep conversations to a whisper. Smoking is not permitted in the spa and consumption of alcohol is not recommended before or after a treatment. To help us customize your spa experience, please communicate with your spa professional. Your comfort is important to us, so please let us know if we can adjust the temperature of your spa room, music volume, pres-sure depth during your massage, or any other concern.

*The therapist reserves the right to terminate the treatment if he/she feels the clients behavior undesirable. 

Service Charge 
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all services and distributed to the staff.
